  • Join us for Meet Your Teacher Night for the 2025-26 school year:

    • Elementary/Upper Elementary: August 12th, 2025, 5:30-7:00 PM
      • 6:00 PM – Short meeting in Elementary cafeteria with Superintendent Mr. Gist, then return to classrooms to finish meeting with teachers.
      • Pre-K – 6th Grade – we ask that you bring your school supplies with you to Meet the Teacher night.
         
    • Middle School/High School: August 12th, 2025, 6:00-7:00 PM
      • 7:00 PM – Short meeting in High School cafeteria with Superintendent Mr. Gist. 
      • 7th – 12th Grade – supply lists will be given out the first day or week of school. 
  • Our district partners with TeacherLists for Elementary & Upper Elementary students to make back-to-school shopping quick and convenient. Families can view the full supply list online and purchase everything in just a few clicks, choosing the store that works best for them.     • Elementary & Upper Elementary: Please bring supplies to the Meet Your Teacher event so students are ready to start the first day prepared.
       
    • Middle & High School: Supply lists are not posted on TeacherLists. Teachers will provide a list of required items on the first day of school. Because each class has unique requirements, we recommend waiting to purchase supplies for MS/HS students until after your student receives their specific lists.
  • Elementary & Upper Elementary:

    • Building Opens: 7:30 AM
    • First Bell: 8:05 AM
    • Final Class Dismissed: 2:55 PM

    • First Bell: 8:00 AM

  • We offer a before and after school latchkey program. This is available for students in grades PK thru 6th .

    Morning hours: 6:30-7:30am

    Afternoon hours: 3:00-6:00pm 

    Cost: $0.70 for any part of 15 minutes. 

    Example, if John Doe is present between 3:00pm and 3:36pm, the total would be $2.10 (three 15 minute periods x $0.70). This would be the same charge as if John stayed until 3:45pm. 

    One afternoon snack and drink are included in the price above.

  • Visit your student’s site office for assistance with checking out your child. Please see our pick-up/drop-off topic for the locations of each site office.

     

  • We use ParentSquare for seamless communication between teachers, parents, and students.Click here for more information.

     

  • The Infinite Campus parent portal allows parents to view student grades, attendance notifications as well as other pertinent information. Please click here to get enrolled for this service. 

     

  • Students must complete the Bus Rider Safety Guidelines & Expectations form before riding the bus. You can find the form linked here or available in each site office.

  • Every classroom from 3rd grade and up is equipped with Chromebooks for classroom instruction. Grades PK-2 have a few devices per classroom available for small group activities. 

    At this time we do not offer an insurance program. However, if a virtual student needs to take a Chromebook home they are required to pay a $50 deposit. If they return the device in proper working order then the deposit will be returned.

     

  • Starting the 2025-2026 school year, Oklahoma law (Senate Bill 139) prohibits personal cell phone and electronic device use from "bell to bell." Exceptions apply for emergencies, health monitoring, and special needs. Click here for details on our policy aligning with state regulations.

     

  • For questions about sports tryouts and team procedures, contact the Athletic Director at (918) 247-6133 x403.

  • The Student Athletic Pass, available to all students in grades 6 -12, is valid for general admission at any Middle or High school home sporting event. Each student athlete in grades 6-12 is required to have one. This pass is not valid for tournaments, playoffs or state events. The cost of the student athletic pass is $20. These passes are available for purchase through each sport coach or through the Athletic director.

  • All school athletes (all sports, including band)  in grades 6-12 must fill out this athletic packet and turn it into their coach or the athletic director.  Students must have a physical on file before participating in any sport activity.

  • Kellyville Public Schools uses photographs, photographic images, names, and audio/visual recordings of employees, students, or guests for general publicity in publications, on its website, on social media, and in public relations. Opt-out by completing a Photo Opt Out Waiver available through your child’s site secretary or by clicking here.
