FCCLA helps Feed The Children

On Friday, April 4, Kellyville FCCLA participated in the FCCLA State Convention held in Oklahoma City. The students enjoyed a speaker; a visit and song from American Idol Contestant, Kyle Ensley; and much more. The highlight of the day was finding out that the Oklahoma FCCLA had contributed over $19,000 to Feed The Children, the national service project for the organization. Kellyville students were some of the very few who participated in unloading the truck and giving out the food to many of those in need. It was a humbling experience in which many of the students want to participate in again.
